May 2007: Guelph, Canada - In these projects Mediavention
provided project management for these large complex telephony projects involving
sub-contractors and international technology providers.
Solutions were
provided for Province of Ontario Ministry of Finance, TD Bank, and City of
Toronto.
All projects
involved the coordination of multiple vendors in remote offices (some
international), and internal government groups to implement call center
technology. The challenges with this project were to maintain difficult
timelines and multiple development streams as well as adhere to strict
government evaluation and protocols.
