Mediavention completes project management contract with Bell Canada


www.mediavention.com provides project management services for Bell Canada, to implement three call center Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems.

May 2007: Guelph, Canada - In these projects Mediavention provided project management for these large complex telephony projects involving sub-contractors and international technology providers.

Solutions were provided for Province of Ontario Ministry of Finance, TD Bank, and City of Toronto.

All projects involved the coordination of multiple vendors in remote offices (some international), and internal government groups to implement call center technology. The challenges with this project were to maintain difficult timelines and multiple development streams as well as adhere to strict government evaluation and protocols.

James Alexander Mediavention president state: “IVR systems are culturally central to the organization. Changing the phone system in a call center impacts how everyone works. Managing that impact not only people on the floor but support staff, and managers is a challenge that requires effort, patience and listening to the individuals in that company.”
